Child and Adolescent Response Team (CART)

What: Urgent response (within 72 hours), short-term mental health service to school-aged children and youth who are experiencing acute psychiatric or emotional crises.

Indigenous Crisis Line (KUU-US)

What: We provide care to anyone 13 years or older who has been sexually assaulted within the past 7 days. Specially-trained nurses and doctors will care for you in a safe and supportive environment. They will explain how they can help, and will respond to any questions or concerns you might have.

Youth Clinics

What: Free and confidential drop in where you can talk to a health care provider about health topics. You do not need a care card.

Options for Sexual Health

What: Sexual and reproductive healthcare and information for all. From an inclusive, pro-choice, sex positive perspective.

Trans Care BC

What: Gender-affirming care, information and resources. They can be contacted by phone and email, and have drop-in groups.

Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Services Intake Line

What: CYMH Intake provides a single point of entry for screening and referrals to mental health and addiction programs in Vancouver.

BounceBack for Youth

What: BounceBack is a free skill-building program designed to help manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
